This function was implemented before and is no longer supported... An exemple of this function is given in the scol big number API

Hello

This provides an other method to load an API.
It is not used in an extension because it has been not exported by the kernel. Maybe we could add it in this export for use with any new extensions (= plugins) ... or not !
