Takes a topology as a parameter.
Scale the object topology, on X-axis, y-axis and z-axis.
The last parameter allows to process the mapping coordinates.
I M3topoScale ( S3d _session_ H3d _topo_ [I I I] _vector_ I _updateMapping_ )
Return value
_session_ 3D Session _topo_ Topology _vector_ The vector values are added to the current topology values [x-size y-size z-size]. _updateMapping_ 0 means the mapping coordinates are scaled with the topology. 1 means the mapping coordinates don't change, and the texture is repeated all over the object.
0 if successful, otherwise nil
